The August 2010 newsletter is out and is as good as ever (well done Dave).

Also I've decided to start making use of the Twitter account for the running club (@gosportrr) so that if you use twitter you can follow the updates and I can throw in a few interesting running links from the web from time to time. There is a box on the front page of the website that shows the updates too.

There is a Twitter account for the Hampshire Road Race League too which is @hrrl.

I just found this site when I was idly browsing. It has a list of UK marathons for 2010 which may be of use.

The July 2010 Newsletter is out. Download it and see what your fellow club members are up to.

The July out of town run will start from the car park in Warsash that the June one did which is down by the boatyard not far from the Rising Sun pub.

I ran a trial run of the route today and it should be no longer than 7.5 miles and it is flat (give or take a few rises and falls here and there).

The run starts at about 7pm on Thursday 29th July.
