The next out of town run is on Thursday 27th May at 7pm starting from the car park in Warsash that is down by the seafront on Passage Lane. The run is six to eight miles of scenic countryside and isn't very hilly and has lovely views of the marina. |

We're running our beginner's course again starting from the end of May. If you're new to running or coming back to it after a long layoff then we can help you get going even if you can only jog between two lampposts at the moment. We'll make the training fun and manageable for you whatever your fitness level and teach you all you need to know about warming up and stretching and give you the opportunity to continue your running with us at the club when the course ends. The course starts on Tuesday 25th May and is six weeks long on Tuesday nights at 7pm at Alverstoke Tennis Club (where the running club meets). For more information contact Terry Ash at
