Beginner's Running Course Update |

We're still working on the planning of the beginner's course and trying to make it the easiest way to get into running that we can (as well as the most fun), drawing on the clubs years of experience of getting people started. This Thursday is Dave Croft's Bluebell Out Of Town Run when we get to run from a different venue other than Gosport and hopefully get to see bluebells under the trees. It may be a little muddy so don't wear your best running shoes and maybe bring a change of clothes if you fancy a bit of rehydration at a pub afterwards. The run starts at 7pm and we depart from the car park opposite the Titchfield Mill restaurant by the sports field. Click on 'read more' to see a map. |
