Beginner's Running Course Starts In May |

The club will be starting a beginner's running course in early May. The details haven't been finalised yet, but will take someone with little or no experience of running or jogging through the first few stages of getting going. Keep an eye on the website for more details that will be worked out in the coming weeks. |

The results for today's Eastleigh 10km are out. Well done to all seventeen who ran it and I know that there are at least a couple of PB's. |

The date for the 2009 Gosport Half Marathon is Sunday 15th November at 10am. Further details to follow in May. |

Gosport Half Marathon 2008 - Notes |

Just to let you know that the £100 which was raised by the sterling efforts of the Sports Massage girls providing pre and post event Sports Massage at the Gosport Half Marathon has now been donated on behalf of the Gosport Road Runners and ACE to the Gosport Youth Leaders Scheme, who aim to encourage young people to take part in more physical activity.
Thanks to the people who donated and to Lou and her team of women who did the hard work. |

Cross-country - Bourne Woods |

The next cross-country race is at Bourne Woods (Cricket Lane, Lower Bourne, Farnham, Surrey) at 11am. The start is 15 minutew from the club-house so please allow time to get there.
More details will be in the newsletter (which will go out this weekend I hope). |
