The July out of town run will start from the car park in Warsash that the June one did which is down by the boatyard not far from the Rising Sun pub.

I ran a trial run of the route today and it should be no longer than 7.5 miles and it is flat (give or take a few rises and falls here and there).

The run starts at about 7pm on Thursday 29th July.
