GRR will be visiting Wickham for this months tourism. Please meet at 9 am We will meet up for coffee and cake afterwards.

The July 10 Km Time Trial will take place on Tue 1 July at 7 pm. Please meet at Kingfisher Caravan Park at 6.45 for a warm up and brief. See you all there.

Stubbington Green have invited GRR members to their time trial. This will take place on Thursday 3 July. The route is a nice flat 4 mile one. The start and finish is in Eric Road, please park in Stubbington Community Centre. Please meet at 6.45pm at the community centre.  

Club night will be back at the Rugby Club. Options will be: Intervals with Paul, Club routes of 3,4 and 5 miles.

GRR will be having a Strawberries and Cream run on Wed 9 July. Please meet at Meon Shore, Hillhead at 6.50pm for a run up and through the strawberry fields.
